Kerry,

The skylight looks great. I was told that the installation was very smooth, and the general contractor, (Berkshire Wilton Partners), thought your team was remarkable.

"I chose Renaissance Conservatories because my Washington, DC project required a skylight of superior quality. It had to be leak proof and look good when viewed from a second floor window. Renaissance provided a wonderful low profile hip design with beautiful copper trimming."

Our lantern is absolutely amazing. The copper exterior complements our historic Colonial home, and the mahogany interior is warm and inviting. We were planning to paint the inside, but now we're having second thoughts.

Jill and I have been pleased with with every step of the process. Your staff was helpful in showing us the many possibilites, including ideas we hadn't considered.

Our contractor installed the assembled lantern in less than two hours!

Thanks again for a job well done,

Mark,

The dome is stunning and the owner is still beaming. The installation went like clockwork. Bob and Jason are to be commended. I will advise you when the room is complete for your pictures.

Thanks again.

The quality of the dome materials and how they're constructed exceeded my expectations.

The client coultn't have been more pleased with the dome's elegant appearance and how the additional light impacts the room.

Bob and Mark,

It was a pleasure doing business with you once again after 17 years.

We have had many memorable gatherings here. At Christmas, the lights reflect off all the glass, making it magical. I am sure that evey one of your clients would say the same.

Hi Steve,

The only word that comes to mind is "AMAZING".

Thank you and Renaissance for the AMAZING Lantern, Skylight, and Installation Crew. It is truly reassuring to know that products of this quality and craftsmanship can still be produced and installed in this Country.

Thanks to one and all.

"I have one of your wonderful lanterns that you installed at the end of last year, and I was actually calling to tell you how much we are enjoying the lantern and how much everybody who sees it loves it.

It has been through the rain-proof test of all times! I was born in California, I am almost 70, we have had the heaviest rain storms I can remember in recent weeks, and I have not had one little leak in my lantern.

So, again I thank you and the Renaissance team for our terrific lantern. We just love it, and if you ever need a recommendation you can have any potential customers get in touch with us, or if they are in the area, they are welcome to come and look at the lantern."

Steve,

I hope you and all our friends at Renaissance are well and happy. We are so pleased with the beautiful skylights you made for us. The roof is well completed, and the skylights are a point of great admiration in everyone who visits.

As discussed, I am sending along the CSSB Case Study of our home. The Cedar Shake and Shingle Bureau Case Studies are brief articles written about noteworthy projects. The case studies are made available to magazine publishers and trade journals for printing, and are kept on infinitum in the library of study materials for builders and architects found on the Cedar Shake and Shingle Bureau web site. So, hopefully this will be a good reference.

Best regards, and we again thank you for all you patience and help,

Lou and Barbara Genatossio

Following is a partial transcript from the CCSB article, Historical Saltbox Design Stays True to its Roots:

Copper Skylight Design
Renaissance Conservatories employed 175 lbs of copper to custom manufacture two skylights that sit on the back slope roof. The homeowners, who readily admit that their home is not a mansion, were pleasantly surprised that their smaller sized project was given the same care and attention as a larger one. In fact, Steve Pearson, Project Estimator, stated, "We will take the same care with your two skylights as we do with a $700,000 solarium placed on top of a Tudor mansion." Now that's true customer service!

Dear Steve,

Thank you so much for sending the hardware for my greenhouse. I am extremely impressed that you went out of your way to help, and sent me the part for a project from 1999! I am also grateful that you explained how to remove the trim to replace the part, since I would probably have messed it up without your advice. Enclosed is the broken hardware.

We love our greenhouse. I keep exotic birds in it so I was happy to get the window sealed before the weather turns cold. I will be thinking of you this winter when it is snowing outside and we are sitting under our palm trees in the greenhouse

Thank you very mucn for your time and effort.

Sincerely,

Kenneth Schmidt

"Hello Steve,

I've been meaning to call to tell you how much I love my Renaissance greenhouse. It is just a joy beyond belief. I want you to know I have beets, parsley and lettuce growing in it right now. It is not finished, but I just couldn't wait to see how it worked.

What a beautiful piece of furniture it is. It is really gorgeous. I found some green, "green" meaning environmentally green oil that I am going to finish the inside.

I am just so happy with it. It is beautiful to look at and it is a lot of fun to work in.

Thank you so much.

I also love my glass roof over the dining room. It is fabulous and it looks beautiful. We have trimmed the interior with mahogany and it is a beautiful blend. It is just great. So thank you so much. I am so happy with the whole thing.

Thank you Steve."
